Refund policy

At Majestic Divas, our focus is complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we aim to provide the best possible resolution based on our policies.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. To cancel your order, please email us at majesticdivasofficial@gmail.com with your Order ID or contact us on +91 9799157581. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy
We ensure quality products; however, refunds are only applicable in specific cases. A refund will be provided only if the customer receives a wrong product. To process this, an unboxing video is mandatory.

We do not offer refunds for product quality dissatisfaction, minor color differences, or fabric-related concerns. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method. For COD orders, customers must share bank details. The refund processing time depends on the payment gateway or bank.

We operate under a limited refund policy, except in cases such as wrong product, stock issues, delivery failure, or unforeseen emergencies.

7 Days Easy Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy applicable only for clothing categories (men & women).

Eligible cases include wrong item received, size issues, color mismatch (wrong item sent), or missing product. In such cases, we provide exchange or replacement. A refund will only be provided if the product is out of stock.

This policy is not applicable for discounted or offer products, fabric issues, or minor color variations.

Return & Refund Terms (T&C)
Return requests are accepted after verification by our team. Customers must self-ship the product as reverse pickup is not available.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Refunds are processed only after the product is received and approved after quality check.

Additional Charges
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. For exchange requests such as size or color change, a convenience fee of ₹149 will be charged.

Important Notes
Customers are advised to record an unboxing video for faster claim processing. Do not share OTPs with anyone. We are not responsible for any fraud or scam attempts. Please contact us only through official channels.
